Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Like the previous days, I left for campus 7:30 Around 8:30 we were online. After being absent and our grooming has been checked, we continue oneline in the pastry.
Today is the last day of practice this week. Today we will practice the choux a'la creme which will be practiced by Mr.Ical. While waitung for Mr.Ical, we reread the material about choux so that when practiced in front, I could imagine what i saw firsthand and what i had read.
After a while, Mr.Ical went into the pastry and practiced how to make a choux a'la creme. Choux a'la creme is made from flour, egg, butter, water, and fresh milk. First, pour the fresh milk into the sauce pam. Then heat it with a temperature of 80 degrees celsius. Because the temperature shouldn't be too hot, so the temperature of milk is just like that. Because it can make the womb in a reduced temperature.
